WordPlanet Guarantee Policy.

WordPlanet is a search engine portal, we value our customers!  WordPlanet will deliver real traffic.  WordPlanet will guarantee to deliver real traffic, but it can not guarantee sales of your product or service.  WordPlanet will guarantee the following:

• Traffic will not be incentivised or artifically delivered in any way. 
• WordPlanet traffic consist of only real people.  
• Traffic will be delivered in a timely manner. If there is a reason traffic can not be delivered in a timely manner, you will be informed prior to campaign launch to decide whether to proceed or cancel. 
• Traffic will consist of unique individuals.  Unique individuals consist of one person per view per day, as opposed to the same person seeing your ad multiple times per day.  These uniques visits are based on 24 hours.
• WordPlanet will deliver 100% of traffic purchased.  All advertisers agree to accept a reasonable amount of discrepancy.
• WordPlanet will provide reasonable technical support.
• WordPlanet will provide advertiser real time online statistics.

WordPlanet will provide advertiser a full refund if their campaign has not been managed as outlined above.  Refund request must be submitted in writing and backed by sufficient evidence.  WordPlanet will not  honor refunds simply because the advertiser says so.  WordPlanet provides a professional service and treats its customers in a professional manner.

Our legal department will be review and assess all refund request.  Any advertiser who simply cancels a credit card purchase with his/her credit card company without going through our proper channels will be fully prosecuted for attempted credit card fraud.  In the event that the advertiser is due a refund, a refund will be made.  

If there is a traffic discrepancy, WordPlanet will only accept reports from raw server logs.  We will not accept reports from free tracking services, or other services that require an image to load and that are not directly hosted on the advertisers website.  Images are unreliable and do not report the full amount of traffic in an accurate manner.  

All refunds will be based on unused traffic, as reported by our servers.  Advertisers are financially responsible for all traffic delivered to their website.  In the event of a cancellation, advertiser will have the amount of $5.00 per 1000 hits deducted from the refund amount, as well as a 5% cancellation charge for credit card orders.  

Our consultant and promotional tools are available to all advertisers.  Our motto is simple.  We succeed when you succeed.

• Guarantee does not cover WP Newsletter ads or solo email campaigns. 
• Campaigns run in the WP Newsletters will have no guaranteed date of delivery.  Depending on the number of merchants seeking an ad in the WP Newsletter, inventory can become limited as WP Newsletters are published once per week every Friday. 
• Campaigns that run less than 5 days will not be covered by the guarantee and will not be entitled to a refund. 
• Advertisers that ask to be put on hold will not be covered by the guarantee and will not be entitled to a refund.
